After many years as a Chef in popular restaurants on Sydney’s North Shore, Canberra’s Silo Bakery and locally, Thunderbird Park at Mount Tamborine and Brisbane’s Jocelyn’s Provisions, I have refined my passion for the ‘sweeter course’!
My cakes offer an alternative to the extremely common and bulk produced cakes found in most eateries. I use only quality ingredients and bake only to order to ensure that your cake both tastes and looks fantastic!!
So wether it’s a celebration cake, just want to take something yummy to the neighbours BBQ or morning tea with friends...perhaps I can help??
